Today there is a update for Tweetbot 4 to bring Apple Watch support and other features. The official change log is below.

Hopefully fixed issue where timeline would jump to the top on launch

Hopefully fixed Tweetbot browser getting stuck when swiping back

Definitely fixed a bunch of other bugs

So if you have not updated yet make sure to get to the AppStore and update Tweetbot 4 now.
