Sprint really seems to be wanting to step up their customer service game. Recently they have announced that you will be able to use your data and text at no extra cost in select countries, and the latest iOS (8.3 at the time of this post) will include a carrier update to enable WiFi calling. Now Sprint is also launching a pilot program in which a representative will deliver and activate your brand new phone regardless of your location (the possibilities are endless!). For right now, the service will only be available in Sprint’s home city (Overland Parks, KS) with Chicago and Miami being the next ones to include this program in the near future.
