Here at DTA Themes we love everything technology. This time, we’re posting something for our female followers: SmartShoes.

A new startup based in Lithuania, iShüu Technologies, has started an IndieGoGo project called Volvorii Timeless, a peep-toe heels pair that allows the wearer to customize the design using e-ink (much like your pebble watch, kindle, etc) contained in screens that are embedded on the top portion of the shoe. The shoes communicate using a Bluetooth Low-Energy receiver that is hidden in the sole, paired with a smartphone app.
With a wireless charging capability, and due to the low energy consumption of e-ink, it is estimated that one charge will last more than a few weeks. The price for these shoes is $249, however, they won’t be out on the market till December of this year.
