This tweak looks like it could open the door for themers to theme more then the buttons on the dialer. What it does is adds a iOS 7 blur to the dialer.
We have spoken with the developer about adding options to turn down the amount of blur and to add a custom wallpaper. We hope to see this in a update soon.
