With the iOS 7.1 release by Apple @coolstarorg has released SemiRestore for iOS 7. So if you need to restore you won’t loose your jailbreak.
Note this requires you to have OpenSSh installed on the device. And this does not fix broken system files. So get on over to http://semi-restore.com/ and download your copy.
