We have noticed in the last few weeks or so there has been a few paid tweaks that enhances Safari. But most of the good enhancements for Safari are paid tweaks.
It looks like Alltim3h4kers has pushed a free Safari Enhancer tweak to Cydia.
If you want your Safari app to be all that it can be this tweak looks like it might be something you should look into.
