Apple released the 3rd iteration of Betas for iOS 9. In this release, there were some major changes made such as 4×4 folders on iPad, Siri no longer makes her famous ding sound, Selfie folder in Photos app, etc.

I’m still in the hype for the 8.4 jailbreak that I personally will not be beta testing iOS 9 on my device.
