Just saw that the app EasySpring in Cydia got a big update. I have never used this app very much but this app looks very nice.
EasySpring gives you so many choices from a simple respring to clean UIC and you can even boot to safe mode. So this is a all around reboot tool. So if you are looking for a respring/reboot tool get to Cydia and get EasySpring 2.
