It’s not a secret that Apple really dislikes jailbreaking. While it is not considered illegal by law, Apple has gone to great lengths to stop users from jailbreaking.
Enter Rootless: Apple’s latest security system/software. It is basically a protection that safeguards the /root folder to make access nearly impossible for exploits and achieve a working jailbreak.
Rootless will launch with iOS 9 and the next Mac OS, so we shall see how it comes to play during the WWDC.
