Looks like over the night hours Jay Freeman (Saurik) was loging in the time working on Cydia Substraight. He pushed out 2 updates one was 0.9.5014 and then a few minutes later pushed 0.9.5015 to fix a few problems with 0.9.5014.
What we see in this update is.
>Fixed bug with OpenSSH no longer starting.
>Apps don’t install.
>iTunes does not sync.
>Missing icons.
