Just saw this cool tweak in Cydia called Cou. What it does is replaces the slide to answer in iOS 7 with buttons. This is a great tweak to have because sometimes when you pick up your phone late or in a rush you can’t slide to unlock before you miss the call. So this is just a simple tap to answer or tap to decline. This could be a staple tweak for most users. So get on over to Cydia and pick up Cou!
