According to appleinsider.com, iOS 9.3 will have the capability of adding music from 3rd party apps (such as soundcloud) straight to the music library on an iDevice, no computer necessary. 

This has been a long awaited feature currently offered only through jailbreak tweaks such as Bridge. But implementing it on stock iOS also means that tweaks like this could potentially disappear.
